EASY GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

1 orange, rind removed

1/2 of a fresh mango, or around a cup of frozen (I usually use a pineapple/mango/papaya mix you can find in most supermarket freezer sections!) 

1-2 large handfuls of spinach

1 tbsp hemp seeds (sub chia/flax) 

1/4 of a large cucumber  

juice of half a lemon

ice cubes/more water to reach desired consistency

 

 

METHOD

Simply chuck everything in a blender & enjoy! I topped mine with the rest of the mango, more hemp seeds & a fig, but other great toppings would be granola or oats, chia seeds and berries!

 

Feel free to sub out fruits and veggies for what you have, banana, kale and pineapple also work great in this.
